The Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program of Jefferson Parish ensures that abused and or neglected children have what they need while in foster care and that each child has an opportunity to grow up in safe, nurturing and permanent home.
With an assigned CASA volunteer, a child is more likely to will spend significantly less time in the foster care system and is twice as likely to find a safe, permanent home.
